During peak sales seasons and large-scale promotional campaigns with surging order volumes, standard processing timelines may be moderately extended. We will issue timely email notifications to customers once notable delays occur, ensuring full transparency of order progress.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Logistics fees for all bag orders are calculated based on package weight, dimensional size and final delivery destination. The accurate shipping cost will be automatically generated and clearly displayed on the checkout page prior to payment, with no hidden or additional charges.
We provide exclusive standard shipping service for all orders, with an estimated delivery duration of 15 business days after warehouse dispatch. This timeframe serves as a general reference only. Actual parcel arrival may be affected by logistics carrier operational delays, cross-border customs clearance audits, adverse weather conditions, regional logistical restrictions and public holiday suspensions.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your bag order completes all pre-delivery inspections and is officially dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email. The message includes your unique tracking number and official logistics carrier details for real-time order monitoring.
Tracking system data will be synchronized and accessible for online inquiry within 24 to 48 hours after the carrier collects the package. Temporary data synchronization delays are normal in cross-border logistics. You may contact our support team for manual checking if no tracking updates are available after 48 hours.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are required to submit precise, complete and deliverable shipping addresses, valid postal codes and active contact details during checkout. Please verify all delivery information carefully before finalizing payment to avoid logistics exceptions.
OI YI LUI shall not assume liability for misdelivery, delivery failure or package loss resulting from incorrect, incomplete or invalid address information provided by customers. Any parcels returned to our warehouse due to address errors will require the customer to cover all reshipping expenses independently, with original shipping fees non-refundable.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your parcel is confirmed missing during cross-border transit, please submit a formal loss investigation request to our customer support team within 3 calendar days following the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with logistics providers to conduct a comprehensive investigation and deliver a proper resolution promptly.
Bag products may encounter extrusion, friction or impact damage during long-distance cross-border transportation. If you receive damaged or defective items, please reach out to our support team within 24 hours upon parcel receipt. You are required to provide clear photos of both the outer packaging and damaged product areas as valid verification evidence. We will evaluate the actual situation and resolve the after-sales issue efficiently.
6. Bag Care and Usage Notice
Each bag product is manufactured with premium materials including leather, canvas and synthetic fabrics, with professional material-tailored care guidelines attached. Customers are advised to follow official instructions for daily use, storage, cleaning and routine maintenance to protect product texture and extend service life.
Any product damage, fading, deformation, wear and structural failure caused by improper cleaning methods, unsuitable storage environments, unauthorized modification or daily misuse is categorized as human-induced damage. OI YI LUI does not undertake after-sales liability or compensation for damage arising from non-standard product usage and maintenance.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
All cross-border international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees and value-added taxes formulated by the destination country’s local customs authority, in accordance with local trade policies and commodity supervision regulations.
All customs-related charges and import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Product prices and shipping fees charged by our store do not cover any customs expenses. We are not accountable for parcel detention, forced return or disposal caused by unpaid customs fees or non-compliance with local import rules and policies.
